History

History (anamnesis;. Greek anamnesis - the memory) - a set of data obtained during the medical examination of the subject by interviewing the patient and / or the people who knew him.

history are the following types:

  • Obstetric (obstetrica) - part of the history, dedicated to fertility (generative) functions of women (number of pregnancies, abortions and birth complications and the nature of their flow characteristics, the nature of menstruation);
  • Allergic (allergologica) - information about the manifestations of allergic diseases in the examinee, his relatives, as well as on the possible contact with allergens;
  • diseases (morbi) - data on the occurrence and progression of the disease and the effectiveness of the therapy earlier;
  • life (vitae) - information about physical, mental and social development of the subject;
  • Hereditary (hereditaria) - part of the family history, devoted to illnesses of parents and other blood relatives;
  • Professional (professionalis) - Data on the nature and cir
    cumstances of the patient labor, for example, the existence of occupational hazards;
  • Psychiatric (psychiatrica) - data on mental development characteristics, warehouse personality, heredity, education and professional activity of the subject, the circle of his inclinations and interests, family relationships;
  • Family (familiaris) - part of the history of life, which deals with the composition of the patient's family, the psychological atmosphere in it, disease, close relatives, etc .;
  • Social - part of the history of life, including living conditions, social activity and social status of the patient;
  • Sports - history, collected from athletes who regard their physical development, physical fitness, treatment and training methods, the dynamics of athletic performance, endurance training loads;
  • Pharmacological - part of the history of the disease, dedicated to the methods of use, dosages, side effects and therapeutic drugs previously used, as well as data on drug intolerance;
  • Epidemiological - history, collected in infectious diseases to determine the possible source of infection and ways of its transmission of the pathogen.
