Gymnastics for the eyes

Exercises to strengthen muscles oculomotor .

2. Slowly move the eyes to the right, left and back again, repeat 8-10 times.

3. Slowly move the eyes to the right, up, then left, down and back, then translate the look on the other diagonal - left, up, right, down and back, and so 8- 10 times.

4. Make eye circular motion clockwise, then counterclockwise, and so 6-8 times.

Exercises to improve accommodation .

In this group of exercises are performed standing.

1. Watch both eyes forward within 1 to 2 seconds, then looks at the finger of the right hand, putting his face to nose level at a distance of 25-30 cm, and the lower arm in 3-5 seconds.Repeat 10-12 times since.
